Dior Forever Skin Bronze Bronzing Balm Stick
When they say balm, they mean balm. As the weather gets cooler and my skin gets paler, I’ve been struggling to make any of my bronzers look natural on me. But this bronzer is so natural that I can keep it very low-key, or build it up to give a true sun-kissed effect. Sometimes I struggle with cream products because they can leave my face feeling very sticky, but this sets and dries down while still looking glowy. It’s barely there, but it’s still there. It’s your skin but better. I use the shade 03 light-medium on my light-medium neutral olive skin tone, and it’s my perfect bronzer shade. I truly could not recommend it more. And with the Sephora sale just around the corner, what better time to put my words to the test?
We all know how much I love Rhode. But I will admit, for a while, I had my doubts when it came to the barrier butter. I much preferred the BRC. And while it’s still a favorite, and typically my morning go-to, I finally understand the hype around the thicker, more intense butter balm. I honestly think I may have had a bad one, or maybe I just let mine sit too long and it expired, but I recently bought a new one, and the formula is just so much easier for me to use, and my skin is so happy with me. This is exactly what I need going into the colder months, and I think it’s perfect for anyone no matter their skin type.
I’d like to think of myself as a bag connoisseur, well, an aspiring one at least until my bank account tells me otherwise, so I know a good bag. Tory Burch has had me in a chokehold for the past year with all of their stunning new designs. I purchased my Romy tote about a year ago, and have rarely switched to anything else. Now that it’s fall, it really is my go-to everyday bag since I have it in the beautiful dark brown color (my favorite). I love a small bag, but I carry a lot, so totes are my true soulmate. This fits anything and everything I need, and I get complimented on it everywhere I go. It’s a recurring favorite because it makes me so happy every day I put it on.
I’m back on my walking pad game—you’ve heard it here first. 30 minutes in the morning, after a meeting, before dinner- it’s so easy and so convenient. If you WFH, honestly, even if you don’t, a walking pad is so good to have, especially if you live somewhere that has unwalkable weather during the winter. I try to get outside every day, because that’s still important. But on days it’s raining, or just insanely cold, I know I can still get movement in.
Dancing With The Stars
Ahhhh, you guyssss?! WHY did I wait so long to start watching DWTS? Is this what the new Love Island fans feel like? I started this season out of pure fomo (like I usually do with shows), and immediately was hooked. I’ve binged a few of the past seasons and dug into all the lore of the show. Call it my hyper-fixation of the month, but every Tuesday, I am sat at 8 PM EST. My winners this season are Ezra and Daniella, no doubt about it. They amaze me every single week. If you’re also watching, let’s please start a conversation in the comments. I’m seriously ready to talk about it at all times.
The amenities are officially yours to enjoy. I highly recommend partaking in a few.
With Love,
